About the role:

As a warehouse associate, you will manage the flow of goods in the warehouse, from receiving deliveries to packing orders for Apotea's customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring thousands of packages reach the right person on time. The work is physically active and varied—you won't be sitting still!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders with high precision
• Ensuring dispatches align with Apotea's customer promise: fast, affordable, and free shipping
• Working in our modern warehouse management systems
• Contributing to a smooth workflow and daily improvements

What we're looking for:

We are looking for you who have another commitment of at least 50% (this is a requirement), such as studies or part-time work, and who want to be available for at least 1–3 shifts per week. We especially need staff available for evening and weekend shifts, but also offer weekday daytime shifts.

You are:

• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping up a steady pace
• Flexible and accustomed to taking responsibility
• A team player who also works well independently
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Interested in technology and logistics flows—you like understanding how things work

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience from warehousing or logistics.

Details:

• Hours: 1–3 shifts per week
• Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekends (primarily evening and weekend needs)
• Location: Apotea's logistics center in Varberg
• Requirements: You must have another primary commitment of at least 50% (certificate required) and be available for 1–3 shifts per week
• Employment: Via Kila People. You will work on-site at Apotea.
• Start date: Immediately, or as agreed
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment
